[ILUG] emacspeak

Hi 

I am trying to get emacspeak working on my home pc, when I install as instructed
ViaVoice_TTS_rtk-5.1-1.2.i386.rpm & ViaVoice_TTS_sdk-5.1-1.2.i386.rpm and try
the test ./runcmdlinespeak, I keep getting the same error 

./runcmdlinespeak: line 21:  3594 Segmentation fault      $CLSDIR/cmdlinespeak
"Hello, Welcome to ViaVoice Outloud for Linux"

OS REDHAT 9.0 - Soundcard sis7012

Any help ideas appreciated
