Marx Computers, who are a small operation in Fairview, Dublin are pretty good value.  I've used them for small bits and pieces in the past and they are very helpful, and know what Linux is.

A bit!  Have you ever tried to return something to Scan?  Although it has been a few years since I dealt with them so maybe it's not as bad these days.  Also, their delivery charge is a bit excessive, £30 plus VAT flat charge.  
I'd second (or third) the recomendation of Komplett though.
