I'm the same, have been using dabs for many years from and for various
companies. Never had a problem (never had to make a return though
unbelievably) and pretty much used to always make my orders by phone
with their exports department (and nearly always got money off as I was
ordering a fair amount of stuff). I recently went to order from them
again (from a company that has bought from them a few times), couldn't
get in via site, couldn't find a phone number and didn't get a reply to
about 4 emails, one each to all the relevant addresses staggered out
over the course of at least a fortnight. That was the point I decided
that they weren't worth any more effort, what if I did have any sort of
an issue to resolve, I just wanted to place an order!

So that order went to komplett.ie and everything seems ok, I did have to
send some email queries and that worked out fine too. Still would
prefer if dabs was as it should be, still looking for a replacement
(dabs range is just so good).
