Okay, I think I've found the problem with PGP signatures - the problem 
was that certain clients (including Kevin's) send the PGP signature 
with the correct MIME type, but with no filename.  As sanitizer 
operates on filenames only, it was generating an internal filename of 
"unnamed.pgp" for the signature attachments, and then rejecting them.  
I've added ".pgp" to the list of accepted attachment names, and we 
should be making some progress.

Kevin's test seems to have worked.  Sean, could you try too?
