[ILUG] sanitize/disable image loading

In Evolution, the default mode is not to load images unless the user
explicity requests "load images" from the menu bar for individual
emails.

I stopped using Mozilla mail clients when they refused to include a
spellchecker - does Thunderbird have one included?
