I'm sure this is a phenomenonally stupid question, but you want to run
them on your internal network and make them available to the outside world?

See this is what's confusing me. You could mean that you want to source
nat everything on the way out (which should be very simple and your
router should be able to handle) or that you want to destination nat all
incoming traffic from the internet to the router to an internal machine.
I'm going to assume the second one is what you're talking about and i'm
going to assume that you have that successfully set up on the router

I'm assuming you're talking about a machine that has two network
interfaces, one on your private network and one on a network that
connects to your dsl router. If you really are unsure about your
firewall rules or just want to portscan it for whatever reasons, would
the obvious thing not be to change the ip address of your machine and
connect it to the other network that the other interface of the machine
in question is attached to? Then you should be able to access it like
anything else from the real world?
So, i'm not really sure what exactly you're looking for but if i guessed
right that *might* be of some help?
