All posts to ILUG are archived in the pipermail HTML archive by 
mailman.  If you don't want your posts archived in this fashion, don't 
post to ILUG.

Sig conditions are the equivalent of shrinkwrap licenses - I don't 
think they have any force unless (all) recipients have agreed to them 
*prior* to receiving the email.

I think it would be a good idea to add to the mailing list's TOS that 
the act of posting to the list explicitly grants ILUG the right to 
archive and disseminate the message as it sees fit.
