you have to explicity set "not metoo" in mailman, so it is likely that

the main reason for the RICO legislation in america was to go after
the mafia.  it's first use was against a public utility building a
nuclear power plant.

so what legal documents are *intended* for and what they are *actually*
used for can be two vastly different things.  and since ianal, the only
suggestion i'd make is that people should refrain from sending mail from
places that slap legal documents on the end of mails.  and in general,
i think it's probably best for everyone to send mails to ilug from
their personal addresses unless their company explicity wants them to
participate in ilug.
