[ILUG] How to fix "Package already installed"

after running

rpm -Uvh wxBase-2.3.3-1.i386

Dependancy error came up
(probably what caused original gui error)

libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 need by wxBase

Googled for libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3
found somewhere said it's part of
http://linux.s390.org/download/rpm2html/libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3.html

for Blue Linux
Can I use this?

its talking GNU c++ and C++

Or have I gone off the trail
