exactly ;) - it still depends though.

Eg, if someone were to post copyrighted material to ILUG, and the
holder asked for it to be removed (or perhaps even if it were
apparent the poster did not have the right to post that content),
certainly it would be removed.

However, where someone posts to ILUG, an email where it can 
reasonably be assumed they authored, we can assume they have given 
permission.

One could argue the companies disclaimer trumps the employees 
permission, if this argument were to prevail the list would have to 
ask people not to post from such accounts. (which has already been 
suggested).

Ie, if your company attaches such text, do the list a favour - dont
post from your work account.
