I presume this is happening for every incoming mail that should be
checked against an RBL?
Can you try making Postfix be a bit more verbose with
debug_peer_level and debug_peer_list? Most likely, you're going to
need to test this with a client *outside* of mynetworks so that
Postfix will try to check against the RBL.
