The commission has also found :
That the source code should available.
That the system could be hacked
That the system could NOT be tested until the candidates are decided.
That no proper tests have been done.
Also the commission found bugs in the system software.
What happens to the 3 regions that were decided via e-voting last year?
Anyone know if the full report is available online yet?
