[ILUG] After e-voting scandal, calls on Cullen to resign.

In all fairness , this is an interim report, more than anything else
the report (which is quite short) simply says that they do not feel
they have had enough time to test to be confident the system should be
used in the next elections. They did'nt make any definate call on
wheather or no the system should be used. Although they do seem to be
leaning against it in its current form. They are waiting for their
legal status to be resolved before publishing their full report.
