Thank you all for your replies this far. I'm right here on this list, as 
I use my linux partition on my box preferable, though due to the college 
system need to develope my code on windoz partition, therefore need the 
C++ builder. I dont support pirating of software (especially mine if I'm 
getting money from my development), though one of you might have a copy 
of C++ builder 6 I could have for little or no money.

There is not always bad intent.
