[ILUG] Intel CT/MT 1000 Server adapters under RH Enterpise ES3

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience in
installing Intel CT/MT cards under RH Enterprise Linux
ES3 ??

I have a new DELL box that was supplied with two intel
gig ethernet cards. The server assistant install of RH
sets up the cards, with the Teaming without any
problems, but unfortunately I'm looking for a lean
install of linux and not all the bloat that DELL would
like you to have.
DELL would only offer the option of doing the install
myself using the RH cd's, if I wanted to take the
option of a lean install. 

I can get the cards to work individually, but can't
for the life of me get the teaming to work. Seems to
be a problem with the intel iANS driver, which is
saying that it's not compatible with the procfg
software, under GNOME - haven't attempted the command
line option. All of which are the latest downloadable
versions from the intel site.

Anyone had similar problems ??
