You only need that Dell partition to be the same size, the rest 
of the disk can be arranged whatever way you want.
You may be able to use something simple like this:

echo "/dev/sda1 : start=63, size=112392, Id=de" | sfdisk /dev/sda

I've only ever automated linux partitioning with kickstart/fai...
