[ILUG] out of office replies (going OT)

	AFAIR I managed to do this quite simply by telling Outlook to run its
rules locally rather than on the server - and I even seem to recall
there was a very simple pattern matching thinger for addresses to which
OOO replies should not be sent. Stick in the mailing list distribution
addresses there and Bob's your mother's brother.

	Of course, this may not be an option for people who are out of the
office and take their machine off the network - or shut their outlook
mail client...

	Actually - looking at Outlook here in front of me - the OOO Assistant
allows these rules to be uploaded to the server now. So it's just a
matter of people sticking in a few rules to cover replies - nothing to
do with server admins - it's up to the people themselves.

	So, with that in mind, a suitable chastising should be due to anyone
who sends OOO to the list more than once (by accident) ;-)

	Regards,
	-->Gar
