That perception will last until about five seconds after the first manager
gets locked out of his documents on account of buggy implemetations or
misplaced/corrupted keys.  

Of course, it's possible that businesses will buy into DRM and never
admit their error, nonetheless.  Even more stupid things _have_ happened.
