Anyone else just get the feeling that its a browser with Download Accelerater 
builtin to it? There's a reason that you are not supposed to open multiple 
streams to the same server for the same webpage. It has a relatively large 
negative impact of the servers ability to serve webpages.

Besides its all smoke screens. His basic idea will retreive webpages faster if 
you have the available bandwidth but does not speed up the internet, it just 
appears to speed up. The reason servers slow down sending back webpages is 
when their load is high and they have to serve too many connections. 
Wipespread use of Download Accelerator and associated software only result in 
one thing, an overall slowdown in the internet due to the higher overhead in 
serveing webpages to unique clients even if higher overall output is achieved 
due to each unique client using multiple streams on the same webpage (and or 
images in the page). Lets be honest here, its really an illusion as to you 
download capabilities since any other download streams have to suffer while 
the bandwidth is taken away.
