If the process was stopped it would reboot the machine.
What I was trying to say is that if this guy can't tell there
is something wrong with his machine, he probably won't be
able to fix it either.
Anyway, all is good now.

The first step is to use task manager to find and stop the "msblast.exe"
process. That should give you back your bandwidth and make it easier to
download the patch.
