[ILUG] Hypocrisy?

The mail that you refer to did not come from me, have a look. I did not
receive any e-mails from anyone. have a look.

So maybe I can't spell or punctuate properly or maybe I suffer from
Dyslexia. or I am blind. You should be careful with what you criticise.

I am not uncomfortable with this, are you.

If you learnt to spell and punctuate properly you *might* be able to get
your message across more clearly, that is if you really have a message to
get across.
The way you replied earlier inferred that you had done the backend, as it
also inferred that a LOT of work had gone into the site etc., which, you
argued was one of the reasons that you were running it on Windows.

If that were the case you wouldn't be replying the way you are.

I posted a rather vague message to the list yesterday and you came in with
all 'guns blazing'. You also managed to break some very basic rules of email
etiquette by posting your reply to an email that somebody had sent you
directly.
Although some of us are still having problems understanding what you were
trying to say in that email, as the punctuation and grammar was woeful, you
mentioned my company directly (even though you couldn't even spell the name
correctly).
By so doing you achieved two things:

1. You brought the focus to bear upon yourselves, a focus you seem wholly
uncomfortable with. If you don't want people to examine your operation with
a finetooth comb keep out of the limelight.

2. You not only brought our name into the debate, but also inferred that
there was link between us and the person who contacted you directly.

There was an EU directive on this about 12 months ago. Your site is in
breach of just about all aspects of that directive, so revision is not an
option, as you have not supplied enough to even revise it.

http://thelinuxmall.com/shopmerge.asp?Table=content&template=tmp_content.htm
&id=2&idfield=catalogid - mentions a couple of trading names

http://thelinuxmall.com/shopmerge.asp?Table=content&template=tmp_contact.htm
&id=5&idfield=catalogid - no address

http://www.thelinuxmall.com/ - has a telephone number, but we've all got one
of those, so that's not too helpful

"Vat at 21% will be added to all orders shipped to European Union countrys" -
apart from the creative spelling, where's YOUR VAT number??
