mount /dev/np1 /mnt
rsync -va /usr/local/ /mnt
mv /usr/local /usr/local.old
mkdir /usr/local
mount /dev/np1 /usr/local
grep np1 /proc/mounts >> /etc/fstab
editor /etc/fstab
