AJ, Does the updated suse kernels not provide this driver?
If not, then get the good stuff here:
http://www.qlogic.com/support/os_detail.asp?productid=341&osid=125
Check out the build_kernel.txt. It give you a step by step procedure how
to do it correctly.
Oh and make sure that you are on the supported firmware while you are at
it.
