[ILUG] Server Issues

Well, I cannot reboot locally myself, as server in Carlow, and I'm in Dublin.
I have to get Computer Services to:
"Went to console but wasn't reponding. Can ping machine from lan but no SSH."

Sometimes console does respond, other times it doesn't - and if responds
there is no indication as to what it may be.
Here lies my problem.
