It has onboard standard scsi controller, some of the other models have
the 541 raid controller on board, but afair the dl 380 comes with a PCI
card. 

I recently was involved in setting up a DL380 cluster using the HP
clustering kit, very very tasty comprising of an MSA 500 storage unit
with a few 15k rpm disks in a raid 5+1 array and 2 DL380 servers. :)
