Disappointed Rick, do Bluefish and Quanta+ not have what it takes to make it 
into your list :)

I prefer Quanta+ out of the 2, but I'm currently looking about for one that 
supports automatic changing of variable names throughout a project where you've 
already used the variable name and it is within the same scope. I'm sure 
there's a shorter name than that mouthfull.
