the result of rpcinfo -p localhost is

[root at localhost etc]# rpcinfo -p localhost
   program vers proto port
    100000 2 tcp 111 portmapper
    100000 2 udp 111 portmapper
    100024 1 udp 32768 status
    100024 1 tcp 32768 status
    391002 2 tcp 32769 sgi_fam

and the result of ypwhich is

 [root at localhost etc]# ypwhich
ypwhich: Can't communicate with ypbind

about domainname, before starting the ypbind I
set the domainname manuly to test.ca .

also I add the "ypserver roshan" to /etc/yp.conf
but it didn't change anything. I comment it again.
