I checked DSL availability in my area (East Cork) and discovered our exchange 
was DSL enabled. Promptly rang Eircom to order Broadband and in 6 working 
days the Kit arrived by post. Plugged it in and it worked out of the box.

I was absolutely stunned. I was bracing myself for a few expensive phone calls 
as to why it wasnt working, having dealt with Eircom many, many times before. 
This is probably the first time ever I have been pleased with them.
