Sorry which mouse is it? I am just about to install the "distro du jour"
and have not yet decided.

I have a KVM switch with various mice, currently logitech cordless mouse
and keyboard. But I can test other mice for you.

What firmware is on the KVM? Check with your vendor for updates.
