[ILUG] Spam and more spam

Let's just pretend we've had this discussion before, and a decision was
made.

Oh wait... we did, and it was.  Many times.  Can we stop wasting
bandwidth now?  People on low bandwidth links don't need to be
downloading rehashed arguments along with their vast, vast amounts of
unstoppable spam.
