[ILUG] Smoothwall and external access via ssh or Https.

Have been trying this, but no avail. 

>From the manual you should only need to set remote access via ssh and set it 
as an external service, the docs say the firewall dosent need a reboot, but I 
gave it a kick just to be on the safe side.
