Yeah, I got the PCI version though, so YMMV with the PCMCIA model.
Apparently, SMC changed the chipset and/or firmware setup on the PCI card
about a month ago, and the Prism54 drivers no longer work.

In the end, I got a windows-driver wrapper from www.linuxant.com, which
works fine. it's partly closed-source though, and of course it relies on
the windows drivers, which are also closed source!

Not ideal, but at least the cards work for me now! (I got three, one in an
XP box, one under Debian, one under dual-boot 2k/rh9)
