Which product did you select from the /licenses URL to get to that?  
Cant get to it from the menu.

Anyway, that's a fairly standard boilerplate "each package has its
own licence - nearly all open source, collective work is GPL, we
retain rights to our trademark, no warranty, we cant export to
certain countries, etc." - not very interesting, standard stuff.

This is the interesting one. And contains no reference to EULA btw,
but it does include the text of the previous URL under Appendix 1 (at
least at a brief read). It's the terms of this Subscription Agreement
which the /. kiddies love to try make out as being some kind of
licencing programme for Linux.

Does not :) - it contains this "EULA" under Appendix 1, but the word
EULA isnt there anywhere. Anyway, that boilerplate EULA isnt
interesting, whether it appears on it's own on the CD or within the
subscription agreement or not.
