Hmm - I'd submit that the term "licensing program" is valid there BUT given
the potential for confusion with the general concept of software licensing,
I'll agree that it should best not be used here.

Yes, indeed, they wanted my first born as a guarantee that I'd comply with
their agreement. But hey, as you know, I have spares . . .
