So where is this simple way? If the system sways 1% of votes from SF to
FF, no-one would really
notice, would they? But it could quite easily affect who gets elected.
What was the one in Belgium where one representative got 4096 more votes
than he should have?
Which was only picked up because he got more votes than the rest of his
party or something?
VVAT would remove the requirement to test the machines any more than
they already have been,
because they would be tested in use.
