 er, 4 x 90 = 360, so it misses c.5¼ days/year (i.e.,
 is missing more than 100% x 5.25/365.25 ≈ 1.4% of a year),
 or 60s/m x 60m/h x 24h/d x 5.25d/y ≈ c.453600 seconds/year;
 which means the error bar on the 3, or 300, or even 3000
 seconds/year not-working-time numbers is multiple orders
 of magnitude larger.....
 oops!
 only astronomers are allowed to do that.  ;-)
