AFAIK, the GPL allows you to charge the cost of the media (but not
admin/prep time fees); 1000HKD (approx 100EUR) seems rather hefty tho,
unless they're sending it out on pure gold CDs or something...! Or
maybe transcribed onto handmade paper?
