[ILUG] Fedora Core 2 Available

just wondering. when a new release comes out, do people generally download
an iso and do a reinstall? i mean, most distros (especially fedora with a
choice of yum or apt) can just upgrade to the new release by ungrading
through their package manager.

the people that are donwloading the isos atm surely can't be ALL doing
fresh installs. if that were the case, then the uptake of linux would be
astounding.
