[ILUG] filter pop mail

Hi,
I've got exim4 & clamav-daemon doing a great job blocking viruses for
users on my network, unfortunately some other service providers dont do
such stringent checking, and as I'm obliged to allow my users to access
their pop mail from within my network I'm finding viruses are slipping
in.
Does anyone know of anything that can monitor pop3 traffic coming in
through a gateway?
