 I move disks around frequently, including CF etc. I would say that
labeling the disk "/usr" is likely a bit dumb. A label of "laptop-/usr" is
more sensible. It also means that when you move that disk out of your
laptop into something else, you can ignore the label if you wish, or make
use of it.
