I believe someone may have tried to RFC Mail-Followup-To, however I 
dont think it got past draft, and it stalled because it pretty much 
defines a header that does what an existing header already does..

Now if instead of making cute remarks about people should grovel to 
you (show me the rfc for that..), how about you, as a mutt user, put 
pressure on the mutt people to fix the problem they've created? Eg: 
get Followup-To on its way to standards track for use in email, or 
whatever is needed...
