a vast majority of people hate getting cc'd on list replies. properly
configured, mutt stops that undesired behaviour.
if microsoft suddenly decides to make a version of windows that will
break it's normal behaviour of crashing constantly, should they require
users to accept that new behaviour at boot time? and if they say no or
fail to respond, should it just randomly crash?
it's change paul. it happens. go with it.
