ah, nm me.. when I scrolled down a bit more to section 6 of the LGPL, 
i saw it covered works that link with LGPL libs. co-distribution is 
allowed, however they are required to supply the licence and inform 
the user of the LGPL status of those parts of the distribution..

or whatever..

anyway: Brent R. Matzelle's and Chris Ryan's copyrights are being 
violated it seems.
