It could just be that Esat won't touch the migration process, but there
is a defined process for downgrading to POTS from ISDN and having DSL
enabled all at the same time.

I know that its not the most painless process in the world, but on the
whole the people in Netsource have been doing this for a while and
have a lot of experience doing it.

Talk to the sales department (and this again is why you should use
small DSL providers - they are just so much more customer focused
 and know exactly where to kick Eircom).
