Eircom are just rubbish lads. I was onto eircom recently (my sisters
idea) to get adsl from them - part of our reduce costs initiative.
It sounded like a great deal, but they just fscked up. I was offered the
same as netsource, with static IP and DNS for 30 quid. But it was an
invalid contract and it mysteriously disappeared!
They had no record of it!!!!! Bastards!
Anyway, on the tellyphone, they said. Ah no, you cannot have adsl as
your line does not qualify!!! The mind boggles as thats what I have at
So if they cannot even make a _sale_, how can they provide support?
