Just to add a bit of balance, my experiences with Esat were disasterous: six months and five sets of DSL settings to get it going.  I was also suspicious of the amount of "not found" errors.  It is now relegated to a dedicated VPN.

Having tried Netsource, I was amazed: the correct settings straight-off, and I nearly fell off my chair at the shock of someone ringing me a week later to see if we had any problems installing it.  Needless to say, I would not use anyone else now.
