The patch only seems to be an .exe so I presume it
is for windows only as I did not see any reference
to any other os's, also the readme says nothing about
the sound problem I am having.
Note. This system is dual boot with XP and I have no
problems running doom on XP.
The games is playable on linux but it would be nice to
have sound working as well, even so I now have one
less reason to boot to windows.
