Regarding 365online, I have seldom had issues with using it, however while using an older version of mozilla/galeon etc. or red hat9, I had trouble entering more than one character into the 1st text field. I eventually had to migrate to firefox.
The customer support girl kept on recommeding I install Internet explorer and that they dont support Mozilla.

I do think the fact AIB insists on using ms-java is limiting and they should be lobbied to change this situation.
