That is only one point out of my argumentation.

Still .. why should i be forced to subscribe with 5 accounts, if there
is a easier way to handle this ?
Anyhow, there is written "flamebait" all over this discussion and there
is no universal solution.
Be happy, that you only get spam through the ILUG list. it could be a
lot worse. I have, even though there is a well trained spamassassin on
the server, more than 400 spam mails a week (non list caused). Erhm ..
not anymore, because of whitelist requirement for posting to me.
