[ILUG] PVR hacking with KnoppMyth

about what I'm working on with trying to create our own PVR/TiVo-twin.  The 
catch is making it all happy with NTL's basic & digital cable here in Dublin.  
I'll do my best to offer lots of detail as things progress; suggestions by
